Jan-Jaap Minnema at Fraser Yachts tells me that he's listed for sale the 40m motor yacht Teorem (43m if you include her retractable bowsprit).

She was built by Universal Yachts Corp in 1994 along the lines of the great classic motor yachts of the 1920’s inheriting all the external styling that was so typical during that bygone era, but using the technology and experience of the 1990’s.

She has a steel hull and GRP superstructure, and her 2.9m draft offers amazing stability. With seven staterooms, she is perfect for families, as the VIP cabins offer extra accommodation for children, allowing her to cater for up to 16 guests. She underwent an extensive refit in 2005 which included the replacement of her engines, and is in excellent condition.

Located in the South of France, Teorem is asking €3.95 million.
