News in over the weekend from Eric Trupheme at Ocean Independence of a further major €950,000 price drop on his central listing for sale, the 30.5m motor yacht Alisios T.
Alisios T was built by Arno in 2008 to a design by Andrea Bacigalupo as hull number nine in the yard’s Leopard 31 range and was formerly named Tsara 3. Nine guests can be accommodated in four staterooms – a master suite, VIP stateroom, a double and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth, all en suite. Three 1,800hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 34 knots and a thrilling maximum speed of 37 knots.
She has always been privately used and immaculately maintained while her engines have low hours and are under warranty until 2015. The owner remains open to offers and a leasing scheme could be made available as well. She could also easily be returned to MCA compliance.
Available to view in Marseille, France, Alisios T is down from €3.85 million to €2.9 million.
