News in from Marc Borderon at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing of a €2 million price cut on his listing for sale, the 40m motor yacht Namaste.

She was built by Tamsen Yachts and delivered in 2008 with many unique and innovative attributes that make her stand out from the crowd. The first is the attractive ‘cappuccino’ colour of her hull, which makes her look both sleek and trim on the water.

Inside, the impression is of a much larger yacht thanks to the clever use of interior space and unusually generous headroom. This is accentuated by the light flooding in from the huge windows, the glass panels integrated into the deckhead and the large opening skylight in the skylounge. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in a master suite, two doubles and two twins plus two Pullman berths and all staterooms have full en suite bathrooms.

Constantly upgraded and improved, she has always been maintained to the highest standards with no consideration of cost. Namaste has also proved herself to be a popular charter yacht.

Commercially registered, Namaste is down from €9.5 million to €7.5 million.
