News now from Kevin Merrigan at Northrop & Johnson of another price cut to his central listing, the 48.77m motor yacht Newvida.

Built by Delta Marine in 2001, Newvida can accommodate 10 guests in a master, two double and two twin cabins. She had a major refit in 2009 including extensive upgrades to her communications and audio/visual equipment. The main saloon on the bridge deck now boasts a 61? flat screen television, plush cushioned window seating and a Gran Tour player piano. Twin 1100hp Caterpillar engines give Newvida a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Her new asking price is $17.9 million, down from $18.5 million and Newvida is now located in Fort Lauderdale.
