The 31.4 metre classic canoe-stern motor yacht La Reina Del Mar has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale with Giulio Riggio and Ken Burden at Fraser Yachts.
This yacht for sale was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Hakvoort to a design by Pieter Beeldsnijder and was delivered in 1985 with a complete interior refit at the Pendennis yard in 2005. Built to circumnavigate the world, she is a proven oceangoing yacht with a Dutch pedigree.
Accommodation in a satin varnished teak panelled interior with leather inserts is for eight guests in four staterooms including a master suite forward on the main deck, two doubles and two twins, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon has seating on a U-shaped settee and armchair in matching yellow fabric and there is a drinks cabinet, sink and fridge along with a home cinema system. Although this area benefits from air conditioning, all the windows in the saloon can be opened to bring in a breath of fresh air. Forward is a formal dining area with seating for eight guests and storage lockers for china, glassware and silver.
The large sheltered aft deck on La Reina Del Mar offers al fresco entertainment and dining with built in upholstered seating, a table and six chairs.
She completed a further substantial refit from 2013 to 2014 including major engineering work, a complete paint job and all new decks. Twin 441hp Caterpillar engines give her a range of 3,300 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, La Reina Del Mar is asking €2.9 million.
