Hill Robinson Yacht Management has appointed Barrett Wright as President of the US office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Wright attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and began her professional career at Sotheby's in 2000. After a period working on board sailing yachts, including the 30 metre schooner Aello as chef, she returned to shore, taking a position at the Fontaine Design Group. Upon relocating to Florida, Wright joined the Hill Robinson US office as a yacht manager and company accountant in 2011 and since then has expanded her duties to include yacht operations.
Company co-founder, Nick Hill, says, "Following four years as senior yacht and accounts manager with Hill Robinson, Barrett is the natural choice to continue the company's expansion in the US market."
Barrett Wright comments, "I am looking forward to furthering the Hill Robinson presence in South Florida. We have a wonderful team in the US office and we are all working towards improving and increasing the scope of support available to our fleet and new clients."
