Good news from Arthur Grin at HMY Yacht Sales that he's closed on the sale of 24.3m cockpit motor yacht Nancy V in an in-house deal.
Nancy V was built by Ocean Alexander in 2009 to a design by Ed Monk Jr. An interior by Fujita offers a large saloon with relaxation and dining areas and sleeps six guests in three staterooms. These comprise a full-beam master suite, VIP stateroom and twin cabin, all with granite-floored en suite facilities. She has a fully air-conditioned and heated enclosed flybridge and aft deck, giving her the ability to cruise year round in all seasons. Her twin 1,650 Caterpillar engines are fully warrantied until July 2015 and power her to a cruising speed of 21 knots, topping out at a maximum speed of 25 knots.
Sold within seven weeks of coming on the market, Nancy V was asking $2,795,000.
