News just in from International Yacht Collection that Chany Sabates has listed for sale the 45.72 metre motor yacht Attitude.
Built in aluminium by US yard Trinity Yachts to a design by Paragon Design and ABS classed, Attitude was delivered in 1998 and freshly refitted in 2014. A Dee Robinson interior features a large main saloon with three comfortable couches and a full entertainment system plus a formal dining area. Attitude has accommodation for up to 11 guests in five staterooms plus 10 crew. The full-beam master suite is on the main deck and has a king size bed, vanity unit, large windows, fridge and a marble en suite with shower and Jacuzzi. Below are three double staterooms with queen size beds and a twin cabin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.
Al fresco entertaining and dining is available on the expansive teak-floored aft deck which is shaded from the sun and has a full wet bar, fridge and ice maker. Another favourite area is her sky lounge with excellent views out to sea, a relaxation area, entertainment system, wet bar and games table. The sky lounge continues out to an aft upper deck with ample seating and a custom dining table. The sun deck includes generous chaise lounges, sunpads and a wet bar with stools overlooking the Jacuzzi tub. Twin 2,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.
Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Attitude is asking $23.9 million.
