David Nichols at International Yacht Collection tells me he acted for buyer and seller in the sale of the 30.48m raised pilothouse motor yacht Situations.
Situations was built by US shipyard Broward and launched in 1988. IK Yacht Design undertook an interior refit by in 2006, and she had a new paint job in December 2012, as well as a complete overhaul of her engines and transmissions.
A major feature is a substantial flybridge with a hot tub, full wet bar, fridge and stainless steel grill. She also has a very spacious aft deck and cockpit for al fresco entertaining. Accommodation is for six guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and a twin cabin, all with flat screen televisions and full en suite bathroom facilities.
Two 1,080hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots.
