New-build yachts continue to arrive on the market (expect news of two more soon) as John F. Dane and Frank Grzeszczak at International Yacht Collection sign a joint listing on the 56.9m motor yacht Lady Linda.
Currently in build at Trinity Yachts, this superyacht’s scheduled to be delivered in Spring 2011. Lady Linda has a large, palatial and contemporary interior by Evan K Marshall for 12 guests in six staterooms, with seven cabins for 14 crew. Helicopter capable, her range is 3,800 nautical miles at 20 knots.
According to Felix Sabates, IYC's Chairman, "As with all of our listings, we like to match the particular character of the yacht with the brokers so we can provide the best possible service to our clients and Lady Linda is no exception." Sabates continues, "She has the support of a unique sales team, Frank who brings many years of industry experience to the listing and John F. Dane, (not to be confused with his father John Dane III), literally cut his teeth on the build process." Lady Linda is asking $44.9 million.
