Kevin Bonnie at International Yacht Collection calls to say he's listed for sale a 51.5 metre new build motor yacht called project Emotion, currently under construction at Italian yard Admiral Tecnomar.
With naval architecture by Vripack and exterior styling by Doroserdov design, she is being built in aluminium and will be RINA classed and MCA compliant. In line with the current fashion for eco-friendly yachts, she will have hybrid propulsion, powered by four 1,800 hp MAN engines giving her a cruising speed of 12 knots with a maximum speed of 23.4 knots and a range of 3,500 knots. In purely electric mode, twin Caterpillar 150kW electric motors will give her a maximum speed of 10 knots.
Accommodation is for 10 guests in five luxurious staterooms including a master suite on the main deck and four cabins below. A bow thruster and two fin zero speed stabilisers are designed to provide active anti roll reduction both under way and at anchor.
Delivery of the Admiral project Emotion is scheduled for 2016 and her asking price is €21 million.
