Hot news as a call to Frank Grzeszczak at International Yacht Collection brings news that he closed on his joint listing with Chany Sabates, the 44.81m motor yacht Easy, yesterday in a deal where Mike Sharpe at Ocean Yachting International acted for the buyer.
Built by the Trident shipyard in 2000, Easy features exterior styling by Sergio Cutolo and a Claudette Bonville interior. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in an owner suite, two double cabins, and two twin cabins with Pullman berths. She's equipped with an ultra-modern stabilisation system and was last refitted in 2011.
Easy was asking $8.7 million.
