The 26 metre catamaran sailing yacht Rose of Jericho has been listed for sale by William Bishop at Yachting Partners International.
Built in epoxy composite by French yard JFA to a design by Joubert Nivelt, this yacht for sale was delivered in 2004 and had a comprehensive interior and mechanical refit in 2012 with her hull repainted in 2016. Accommodation is for six guests in three double cabins including a master suite and all have full en suite facilities. In addition, there are quarters for two crew.
A cosy lounge area in the 11.9 metre wide saloon is fully carpeted and is furnished with settees, occasional chairs, a bar and an entertainment centre including a large plasma television screen. Al fresco entertaining and dining is catered for on a large aft deck, offering two tables and upholstered seating to port and starboard.
Rose of Jericho has proven itself a successfully long range yacht with an around the world voyage, sailing with a crew of only two. The transpacific portion of the voyage was recorded with an average speed of 14 knots. She is currently midway through a second world tour. Having started in the West Indies and travelled through Panama and across the Pacific she has stopped in New Zealand to undergo scheduled maintenance.
She offers a large, stable platform for extensive cruising and has proved to be a successful charter yacht while, under power, two 150hp Yanmar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 9 knots.
Currently lying in New Zealand, Rose of Jericho is asking €3,250,000.
