Eric Trupheme at Ocean Independence sends news of a €1,150,000 price drop on his central listing for sale, the 47.5m motor yacht Olah.

Built by Italian superyacht yard ISA to Lloyd's class, Olah was designed by Walter Franchini and launched in 2005 with a major refit in 2011/2012. A popular charter yacht, she has ample deck spaces and a light, elegant interior accommodating 10 guests in five staterooms. The layout comprises a master suite, two VIP staterooms and two twin cabins - all with en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 2,333hp MTU engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots and she is fitted with those vital zero speed stabilisers.

Now down from €13.95 million to €12.8 million, Olah is lying in Golfe Juan, France, where her 50m berth is also for sale.
