Maverick’s price cut by Ardell

Tom Corkett, in the Newport Beach office of Ardell, sends me news of a price reduction for his central agency for sale, Maverick, a 28.84m Doggersbank built by Kuipers in 2003. Sleeping six in three cabins, her interior joinery is American cherry throughout and her upholstery is custom made. Previously on the market at $8.9 million, Maverick is now asking $8.2 million.
