Mediterranean Yachts sells Geta luxury yacht Bar-Co with Camper & Nicholsons

Jaap Havenga at Camper & Nicholsons tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 25.8 metre motor yacht Bar-Co, with Andy McDougall at Mediterranean Yachts bringing the buyer.

Semi-custom built in steel by Turkish yard Geta Corp to Lloyds class with a design by Nick Meyers and delivered in 1991 with a refit in 2007, she offers both spacious living areas and low fuel consumption, making her ideal for comfortable and environmentally-friendly cruising. Well maintained since new, she is in sparkling condition.

Outdoor space is generous and includes room for al fresco dining on the aft deck and the large flybridge. The main deck saloon is comfortably furnished with settees facing a 32 inch Sony Bravia HD LCD television and includes a formal dining area for eight guests.

Bar-Co's spacious interior comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three generous staterooms consisting of a master suite and two twin cabins with additional room for five crew. All guest staterooms have full en suite facilities. Two 300hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a range of 2,500 nautical miles.

Bar-Co was asking €490,000.
