Dirk Johnson, in the Newport office of Merle Wood & Associates, tells me that he and Hank Halsted of Northrop and Johnson will be co-hosting a brokers’ open house aboard their joint central agency for sale, Perini Navi’s 47m Andromeda la Dea on the evening of Thursday, March 26th at the St Barth’s Bucket. Built in 1991, she was the first Perini to circumnavigate the globe and has visited both the Arctic and Antarctica in her distinguished sailing career. Completely up to date following two major refits, she accommodates nine guests. Andromeda la Dea is now fully MCA compliant and ABS A-1 certified for worldwide ocean cruising equipped with all the latest technology. Her asking price is €15.95 million.
