Tim Langmead in the Antibes office of Camper & Nicholsons has been appointed central agent for the sale of the Baltic Maxi 80, Midnight Sun of London. This 24.62m sailing yacht was launched by Baltic Yachts in 1982 and sleeps six guests in three cabins. Designed by Douglas Peterson, she is a fast racer, converted to cruising by Trehard in France. Today she is fitted out for long-range cruising and short-handed sailing. MCA compliant, Midnight Sun has proved a popular charter yacht and already has charters lined up for the 2009 season. The asking price has been set at €975,000.
