Bruce Leffers at Northrop & Johnson tells me his central listing, the 29m explorer yacht Audacious, was sold today with Vince Krivanek at All Ocean Yachts introducing the buyer.
A classic aft raised pilothouse expedition yacht, Audacious was built by Inace in 2003, and then modified in 2007, also by Inace, with a bulbous bow, helicopter reinforced deck and a 1.5m stern extension with hydraulic passerelle. In 2008/2009 her new, knowledgeable owner and captain totally refitted the yacht from top to bottom.
Audacious was asking $2.995 million.
