Motor yacht Texas Star sold by United Yacht Sales and Denison

David Johnson at Denison Yacht Sales asks me to broadcast news that he's sold the 31m motor yacht Texas Star with Dave Bourbeau at United Yacht Sales acting for the buyer.

Originally built by Azimut in 1987 as a 26m yacht, she was brought to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2004 for an extensive $3.4 million refit, which included a lengthening of her hull. Sleeping 10 guests in five staterooms, Texas Star has had several successful charter seasons in the Caribbean.

Texas Star was asking $1,149,000.
