Bon Kain at Nakhimov Yachts tells he that he acted for the buyer in today's sale of the 44.7m motor yacht H2Ome, with Jan Jaap Minnema and Vassilis Fotilas at Fraser Yachts representing the seller.

H2Ome is a groundbreaking superyacht built by Italy’s MMGI yard in 2010. The exterior styling is breathtaking in its simplicity: a sleek, black hull matched to a mirrored square superstructure. With its dark reflective surfaces, this superyacht’s structure becomes almost invisible.

An interesting propulsion package comprises two 1900hp Caterpillar diesels plus a centreline Vericor 5000hp gas turbine giving a cruising speed of 20 knots and a maximum speed of 40 knots. RINA classed and MCA compliant, H2Ome sleeps 10 guests in five cabins, while the July 2010 issue of Boat International called her ‘One of the most exciting superyachts on the water today.’ Her asking price was €14.5 million and she will now come under management by Nakhimov Yachts who will also act as central agents for her charter.
