New brokerage house Bristow-Holmes opens for business

Having served as Brokerage Sales Director at Sunseeker London since 2009, Harry Bristow-Holmes is launching his own brokerage house, appropriately named Bristow-Holmes.

His extensive sales record speaks for itself; however he believes that his desire to push the boundaries in terms of marketing, broker to broker transactions and, most importantly, client relationships is what sets Bristow-Holmes apart. He comments: “The response from existing clients and industry leaders has been phenomenal”

Bristow-Holmes is particularly keen to talk about his latest central agency listing, the 35 metre motor yacht Blackfish.

Blackfish was built in GRP by UK yard Sunseeker International and delivered in 2013 as a Sunseeker 115 model and is the only yacht in this range with a sumptuous interior by Ken Freivokh accommodating 10 guests in five generous en suite cabins. The master suite is on the main deck while a further eight guests are accommodated  in four cabins located on the lower deck off of a central staircase and lobby area. Two doubles and two twin cabins mirror one another and benefit from large hull windows that fill the space with natural light, increasing the feeling of space.

With the aft patio doors open and the balcony lowered, the saloon transforms into a panoramic experience. Forward of the saloon is a dining area for up to 10 guests, designed to not to interrupt the view through when not in use yet cleverly constructed to mirror the rest of the interior.

The flybridge layout of this yacht for sale features a large glass fronted Jacuzzi and sunbathing area aft, al fresco dining space for up to 18 guests to port and a large bar to starboard with bar seating for an additional 3 guests on stainless steel bar stools. Twin 16V 2000 M94 MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 24 knots and she is fitted with Trac digital fin stabilizers.

Blackfish is asking £6,995,000.
