The new build 60.22 metre motor yacht M60 Seafalcon has been listed for sale by Northrop & Johnson.
Currently under construction in aluminium at Italian yard Mondomarine to a design by Luiz de Basto, she is scheduled for delivery in 2018. This means that her interior provides a blank canvas on which new owners can project their dreams at leisure. Meanwhile, she is currently configured to accommodate 10 guests in five cabins consisting of a main deck master suite with a Jacuzzi tub and four double cabins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The main deck saloon promises to be a spectacular area, with comfortable seating, an entertainment centre, bar, formal dining room and fold down sea balconies to port and starboard, offering stunning views when the full height doors drop down and the balconies fold out.
Exterior areas on this yacht for sale are extensive, including an aft deck behind the bridge with a seating area and a collection of large sun pads. Up on the sun deck is plenty of room for more al fresco entertaining and dining with a hot tub, bar and U-shaped seating with tables, all protected by a hard top from the heat of the noonday sun. A large fold-down swim platform gives direct access to the aft beach club with infinite opportunities for enjoying the water in perfect safety. Twin MTU 16V 4000 M73L diesel engines will give her a range of 4,100 nautical miles at 12 knots.
