Nordia sailing yacht Pure sold

The 22 metre sailing yacht Pure, listed for sale by Fraser Yachts and Bart De Ven International Yacht Brokerage, has been sold with Fine Yachts introducing the buyer.

Built in aluminium by the Dutch yard Van Dam Nordia to a design by Robin Ten Hoope, Pure was launched in 2009 as a demo yacht for boat shows and delivered to her first owner in 2011. This beautiful modern yacht combines luxury with high tech performance. She has a spacious deckhouse and a simply stunning modern maple wood interior built by the finest Dutch craftsmen.

Accommodation is for up to nine guests in four cabins. The full beam master suite is set aft and has a small private office while the double VIP, portside double and starboard twin cabin all have separate en suite bathroom facilities. Entertainment resides in the deckhouse with a flat screen television and Bang & Olufsen sound system.

The very comfortable walk-in and walk-through cockpit offers well-protected seating al fresco to port and starboard and plenty of space for breakfast, lunch or cocktails under the evening stars.

On the technical side, she has a Hall spars carbon keel-stepped mast and a Hall spars EZV V-shape easy stow boom. A single M225T1 Perkins Sabre diesel engine gives her a cruising speed of nine knots.

Pure was asking €2,950,000.
