Kevin Merrigan at Northrop and Johnson in Fort Lauderdale tells me he closed on the sale of the 46.94m motor yacht Ohana yesterday, a central listing with Lon McCloskey at The Marine Group.

Built by Admiral Marine to ABS class in 1998, this superyacht sleeps 10 guests in five staterooms in a classic, contemporary interior designed by Donald Starkey with relaxing fabrics and decor. All was updated in 2007 by Gerard's in Fort Lauderdale. Each part of the interior is finished in the finest woods, marble and fabric available, creating an interior that is inviting, comfortable and elegant. The craftsmanship by the highly skilled interior craftsmen at Admiral Marine, and their attention to detail is impeccable, to a standard equal to the very finest builders in the world. Ohana was asking $9.9 million and Kevin says she'll retain the name and be actively for charter.
