Excellence III is sold

Burgess tells me that their joint listing with Merle Wood & Associates, the 57.3m motor yacht Excellence III is now sold with Wes Sanford at Northrop & Johnson introducing the buyer.

Built by Abeking & Rasmussen and delivered in 2001 to a design by Donald Starkey, her generous 11 metre beam accommodates 12 guests in six spacious staterooms, including a master suite on the main deck and VIP suite on the bridge deck. With four cabins on the lower deck including two doubles, the two twin cabins can be converted into king-size doubles or into sitting rooms adjoining the two doubles, thus creating two large suites.

Excellence III was asking $45.95 million.
