Here’s the 18th sale so far this month as a call to Northrop & Johnson in Fort Lauderdale brings the news that Wes Sanford’s central listing, the 28m motor Off Track is sold with Andrew Cilla at Luke Brown Yachts representing the buyer.

Off Track is a 2001 model Monte Fino flush deck motoryacht built in 2000. The flush deck layout allows for a more open floor plan and lower center of gravity than her comparable raised pilothouse and enclosed bridge sisterships. Off Track is roomy and versatile, featuring four guest staterooms, a spacious flybridge with a hardtop, full walk around decks, a large aft deck and a sizeable swim platform. In 2009, the boat’s aesthetic was revamped with new headliners, new soft goods and a complete paint job. She was asking $2.625 million.
