The collaboration between Ann Avery at Northrop & Johnson and Y.CO continues as Ann tells me she's now become joint listing agent on the 30.3m sailing yacht Fantastica.
Built in 2005 by Nautor’s Swan to a German Frers design, her emphasis is on both performance and comfort and she's been scrupulously maintained over the years.
Fantastica is a pretty yacht, with the ability to race or cruise comfortably as a family boat. She has generous living space and accommodation for up to 7 guests, including a double master cabin with ensuite heads. Fantastica’s deep 4.7m draught gives her an advantage over other Swan 100’s and she also possesses an impressive sail wardrobe.
As well as a fully fitted out rig, a 265hp Perkins engine produces a maximum speed of 11 knots, cruising at 9 knots.
Fantastica is asking €4.6 million.
