Ocean Independence sells sailing superyacht Noheea

Rainer Wilhelm at Ocean Independence tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 25.05m sailing yacht Noheea, acting for both buyer and seller.

Noheea was built in aluminium by Dutch yard De Schepper to a design by Giles Vaton and delivered in 1991 with a complete rebuild in 2007. Commercially classed, she offers accommodation for up to seven guests in a master, double and a twin cabin with a Pullman berth and all cabins have en suite showers.

Her cockpit is the ideal place to eat and relax al fresco. Shaded by a large Bimini top, the cushioned seating area surrounds a deck table easily seating seven guests. More shade is provided at the bow of the boat where an awning can be erected.

Her saloon is unusually large with an oval dining table on the port side with comfortable leather seating. On the starboard side there is another seating area with a bar, fridge and ice maker. Noheea has a range of 1,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.

Noheea was asking €900,000.
