It's been a busy time for Mike Newton-Woof at Ventura UK as he tells me he closed on the sale of a 29.5m motor yacht last Friday with Olympic Marine representing the buyer.
Unfortunately, Mike's not allowed to mention her name but she's a Custom Line 97 yacht delivered by the Ferretti group in 2011. Accommodation is for eight guests in four suites and twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines give her a cruising speed of 27 knots.
The Custom Line 97 was asking €7.5 million.
