A call to Nikos Odysseas Papadakis in Greece brings news of a massive €710,000 price cut on the 29m sailing sloop he has for sale.
Designed by Ron Holland and built by Brooke Yachts in 1998, she was refitted in 2000. Cutter-rigged, she has 3,500 square feet of sail and, unusually for a yacht of this size, has flush decks. Powered by a 350hp Iveco engine, she accommodates six guests in a master, double and twin cabin. The price is now down from €1.4 million to €690,000.
Unfortunately, the owner doesn't want the yacht's name published.
