Price cut on Pershing motor yacht La Grinta

The 24 metre motor yacht La Grinta, listed for sale by Moncada di Paterno, has had a €250,000 price reduction.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Pershing to RINA class, she was delivered in 2011 as a Pershing 80’ model and has always had the same owner and a full time crew who keep her immaculately maintained. Accommodation is for eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite and two twins, all with flat screen televisions. The master and VIP suite have en suite bathrooms while the two twins share a bathroom. There are also quarters for three crew in two cabins.
The saloon of this yacht for sale is large and elegant, with U-shaped seating upholstered in a cream coloured fabric, a bar and an entertainment system including a 40 inch Samsung television set on a rise and fall mechanism plus a Bose surround stereo system. Forward is a small dining area and a full galley behind a pair of reclining helm seats.
The aft deck flows from the saloon separated by sliding glass doors and was designed for sun worshippers with a table that can be easily removed and replaced with sun beds. Walk around side decks lead to the foredeck which is fitted with a sofa, table and sun bed plus a sun umbrella. Other features include underwater lights and a hydraulic swim ladder. Twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 engines with only 540 hours give a cruising speed of 35 knots.
Lying in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, La Grinta is down from €3.2 million to €2.95 million.
