Now here's a turn up for the books as Jane Hardy of Peter Insull's Yacht Marketing emails me to say that , as she nears completion at Trinity Yachts the 49.07m superyacht Blind Date II has a new, higher asking price. Apparently "This is to reflect her status as a brand new yacht just out of the box." Kevin Bonnie of International Yacht Collection, in their Monaco office, is now Joint Central Agent also.

Peter Insull's go on to say that the owner is still torn between using this new yacht or keeping his beloved 41m Lurssen Blind Date II. He will let the market decide and is offering both yachts for sale with International Yacht Collection and Peter Insull's Yacht Marketing acting as Joint Central Agents: the Lurssen, with Bonnie in the Monaco office; and the Trinity, through Peter Insull, plus Bob McKeage and Mark Elliott in the Florida office of  IYC. Previously priced at $34.95 million,Blind Date II is now asking $36.25 million.
