Good news from Rich Lazzara at Lazzara Lenton that he's closed on the sale of the 24.4m motor yacht Troutopia with Peter Kehoe at Peter Kehoe & Associates bringing the buyer.

A Lazzara 80 model from 2006, Troutopia accommodates six guests in a master stateroom and two guest cabins with power supplied by twin 1,550hp Caterpillar engines.

The aft deck is the perfect spot for al fresco dining and entertaining, featuring a centrally located wood inlayed table with stainless steel pedestals, three teak folding chairs and a built in full beam rear lounge plus wet bar with refrigerator and TV with waterproof weather box.

The saloon entrance is from the aft deck through curved double sliding glass doors. The interior woodwork is spectacular and features high-gloss African cherry and mahogany separated by ebony inlay. The interior décor is in earth toned carpeting with coral and azure blue furnishings. The galley's 'Country Kitchen' features top of the line appliances with lots of marble counter space and plenty of natural lighting from the huge forward windows.

Double stainless steel sliding glass doors lead to the custom aft flybridge. The flybridge has been opened up from the traditional style, allowing lots more room for entertaining.

Troutopia was asking $2,795,000.
