The 30.25 metre motor yacht Ex Ipanemas, listed for sale by IYC, has been sold with Marine Marketing introducing the buyer.
Built in GRP by Italian yard Posillipo to RINA class, she was delivered in 2005 as a Technema 95 model and had a major refit earlier in 2016, bringing her up to tip-top condition. Accommodation is for 10 to 12 guests in five cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, main deck VIP suite and three doubles, all with entertainment centres, flatscreen televisions and en-suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for four crew.
An expansive open-plan main saloon has a lounge area aft with a semi-circular group of cream leather settees to starboard facing an entertainment centre to port featuring a large television and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area with a round table and seating for eight guests, and a flat screen television mounted into the bulkhead.
