Price cut on Broward motor yacht Situations

The 30.48 metre motor yacht Situations, listed for sale with Bradford Marine, has had a further $50,000 price reduction.

Built by US yacht builder Broward and launched in 1988, she had an interior refit by IK Yacht Design in 2006 and was completely repainted in December 2012.

Situations has a custom designed country kitchen, which has been arranged to feature an island, and boasts granite countertops.

The raised pilothouse on this yacht for sale is constructed in aluminium. She has a spacious interior with accommodation for six guests in a master suite with king-size bed, VIP stateroom and a twin cabin. Situations also accommodates crew in four berths.

The flybridge on Situations also has a custom island, hosting a wet bar and stainless steel grill. Truly designed for entertainment, there is also a hot tub found forward on the flybridge.

The aft deck is a second spot for al fresco entertainment, featuring a teak dining table that seats six, welcoming lounge seating and a place for a flat screen TV. Just steps down from the aft deck is a cockpit ideal for fishing or diving activities.

Powered by twin 1,040hp Detroit Deisel engines, Situations cruises at 14 knots and reaches a top speed of 18 knots.

With a draft of only 1.75 metres, Situations is primed for cruising in the shallow waters of The Bahamas and the Caribbean. Situations is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is now asking $799,000.
