Price cut on Santa Margherita motor yacht Vita II

The 27.45 metre motor yacht Vita II, listed for sale by Sebastiano Pitasi at Engel & Volkers Yachting French Riviera in Nice, has had a €100,000 price reduction.
Built in wood by Italian yard Santa Margherita Ligure, she was delivered in 2000 as a Diano model and refitted in 2011/2012. A rich interior in bleached oak, Italian leather and handmade mosaics accommodates up to eight guests in three cabins. These consist of a master suite and two twins, each with a Pullman berth, and all cabins have entertainment centres, satellite television screens and en suite bathroom facilities. In addition, there are quarters for three crew in two cabins.
The saloon has leather sofas to port and starboard, coffee tables and an entertainment centre including a Bang & Olufsen home theatre with a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a dining area with seating for six guests around a solid wood table.
The pilothouse of this yacht for sale has a helm station and a banquette for casual meals while the flybridge comes with raised sun beds, a wet bar, fridge and U-shaped seating sheltered from the sun by a Bimini top.
Further al fresco relaxation is offered on the aft deck with a table and five chairs, and port and starboard stairs leading down to the swim platform equipped with a hot and cold shower.
Entirely private sunbathing is available on the foredeck with a large built in sun bed while twin 1,530hp Deutz diesel engines power her to a cruising speed of 12 knots, topping out at 21 knots.
Vita II is now asking €795,000.
