Crescent Beach motor yacht Dancing Tides now for sale with Northrop & Johnson

The 29.26 metre motor yacht Dancing Tides has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale by Dennis Moran at Northrop & Johnson.
Built in GRP by US yard Crescent Beach to a design by Jack Sarin, Dancing Tides was delivered in 2007. A four cabin layout accommodates up to 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite with a private sauna, a VIP suite and two twin cabins, all with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities.
The saloon is decorated with varnished maple wood panelling and cabinetry, and has ample seating, a games table, full wet bar and an entertainment centre with a pop up television and a stereo surround sound system. Forward is a formal dining area for eight guests with discreet storage cabinets for glassware, china and silver.
Outdoors, the expansive aft deck offers chairs, tables and built in upholstered seating for entertaining and dining and has steps leading down to a wide swim platform.The flybridge is particularly spacious with built in seating, a full wet bar, barbecue and a Bimini top, ideal for al fresco living. The aft area is devoted to storage of the tender of this yacht for sale.
Dancing Tides is powered by twin 1,150hp Detroit Diesel engines giving her a respectable range of 3,644 nautical miles.
Lying in San Diego, California, Dancing Tides is asking $2,395,000.
