Price drop on Maiora motor yacht Karanita

The 25.65 metre motor yacht Karanita, listed for sale by Joan Plana at World Yacht Group, has had a $120,000 price reduction.

Designed by Roberto Del Re, she was built in GRP by Italian yard FIPA Italiana and was delivered in 2004 as a Maiora 24S model. Following her sale early in 2016, Karanita had a six week cosmetic and technical refit to prepare her for the summer charter season around Ibiza in the Mediterranean, a task she completed very successfully.

Karanita is now asking $1,570,000

A high gloss mahogany interior accommodates 10 guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite aft with a king sized bed, a VIP suite forward with a queen sized bed and two twin cabins to port and starboard, each with a Pullman berth. All cabins have entertainment centres, LCD television screens and marble en-suite bathroom facilities. She is one of the most comfortable yachts to sail and enjoy at anchor thanks to her Seakeeper gyro zero-speed stabilisers installed in a 2014 refit.

A large saloon has comfortable seating on a settee and occasional chairs, a bar near the entrance and an entertainment centre with a 42-inch flatscreen television and Bose surround sound system. The dining area forward seats eight guests for formal dining and can be partitioned off for extra privacy.

The sheltered aft deck of this yacht for sale offers ample space for al fresco entertaining and dining, while the extensive flybridge comes complete with a Jacuzzi, bar and a barbecue grill.

Twin 1,500hp MTU engines power her to a cruising speed of 19 knots and a top speed of 26 knots.

Karanita is now asking $1,570,000.
