It's a while since I last spoke to Bob Offer at Denison Yacht Sales and when I call today he tells me of a price reduction on the 31.7m motor yacht Sharon Ann, a joint listing with Rick Weisenberger at Northrop and Johnson.
Built to ABS class by Destiny in 2002 with exterior styling by Evan K. Marshall, her interior, also by Evan Marshall, sleeps eight guests in a master suite, two double staterooms and a twin cabin. Two 2986hp MTU engines give this superyacht a cruising speed of 21 knots and, always scrupulously maintained, she had a major refit in 2006. Currently located in Palm Beach, the price of Sharon Ann is down from $6.49 million to $5.9 million.
