Interesting news of a €300,000 price increase on the 27.6m Falcon motor yacht KT from Will Gassen at Gracy.
Gassen explains that this increase brings her into line with sisterships currently on the market and reflects some of the special conditions offered to a buyer: Based on this price, Gracy will pay a full 12 per cent commission to the broker who introduces the successful buyer. Further, KT is offered as 'turnkey and step-aboard' for one year. Gracy will manage the vessel and cover the cost to berth, insure, maintain and operate the vessel for the new owner, who simply pays for his fuel, food and alcohol for 12 months.
And the boat? KT was built by Falcon Yachts in 2008 to RINA class and has TRAC zero speed stabilisers. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, VIP stateroom and two twin cabins while twin 2040hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 22 knots.
Lying in Rome, KT is asking €2.3 million.
