I can confidently predict that September will see a record number of new entrants to the brokerage market, as Stuart Larsen at Fraser Yachts sends details of his latest joint listing, with Burgess, the 74m new build motor yacht NB 55.

Currently under construction at Turkey’s Proteksan-Turquoise yard, this superyacht is scheduled to be launched in 2013. With an exterior and interior design by the renowned Andrew Winch, she will, subject to the buyer’s modifications, have an owner’s stateroom on the upper deck with a further seven staterooms on the main deck, sleeping 16 guests in all. Being built to Lloyds class and MCA compliant, NB 55 will be fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilisers and twin 2447hp Caterpillar 3516B engines to give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 15 knots. And the price? €55 million.
