Dreamcatcher

A new name to this column, Tim Quinlan of Nautor's Swan UK, contacts me to say that he's signed up Swan's 24.89m sailing yachts Dreamcatcher and Crackerjack for sale.

Dreamcatcher, launched in 2005, is currently undertaking the owner's lifelong dream of cruising the Pacific and he's very flexible about what the new owner wishes to do - you may purchase the boat now and the owner will guarantee three to four weeks charter on the megayacht each season, or you can contract to purchase when she is either in New Zealand or back in Europe in late 2010. Sleeping seven guests in a master, double and twin plus Pullman berth, Dreamcatcher is asking €4.25 million.

_Crackerjack _was built in 2008 and is the sixth Swan for this very experienced owner so, as you'd expect, the sailing yacht has very comprehensive specifications and detailed planning of her interior has given the luxury yacht a modern feel and look. With flexible accommodation for up to nine guests in a master, double and two twins plus a Pullman berth, Crackerjack is on the market as a joint central with Alex Busher at Edmiston at €5.495 million.
