Another central agency changes hands as Ann Avery at Northrop & Johnson says she's take over the listing for sale of the 28.45m sailing yacht Nuberu Nau.

Built by France’s CNB yard in 2001, Nuberu Nau was designed by the naval architect Philippe Cabon with an interior by Frank Darnet and custom built in aluminium for unlimited worldwide cruising. The latest technology make this superyacht a comfortable, highly elegant and seaworthy cruiser for utmost safety and sailing pleasure at all times.

The generous saloon with a separate navigation area adds another highlight and offers the ideal setting for dining and relaxation below deck. With an extensive refit in 2009/2010 and her annual maintenance programme Nuberu Nau is professionally kept in first class condition.

Currently in Palm Beach before joining the mass exodus to Newport, Nuberu Nau is asking €2.5 million.
