The 44.8 metre Maratani X has been sold with Whit Kirtland at Bradford Marine Yacht Sales representing the buyer and seller.

Built in GRP by New Zealand yard Sensation Yachts to a design by Evan K Marshall, she was delivered in 2006. Accommodation is for 12 guests in six cabins with the VIP suite on the main deck, the master suite on the upper deck and two doubles plus two twins below deck, all with en suite shower facilities.

Maratani X was asking $6.5 million

Immediately inside the main deck saloon is a semi-circular high gloss wood bar with five leather seats. The flooring here is in black marble which is set off by accent lighting built into the base of the bar and complements the marble bar top. Forward is the intimate relaxation area with two dark fabric curved couches around an oval glass table with oval mirrored ceiling accents. A very nice feature of this area is the window seats to each side along the extra-large triple windows.

The sky lounge is on the fourth deck with views forty feet above the water. This is an unusual deck area with a hot tub and lounge area and a third aft deck area. The interior lounge has two curved leather couches with two overstuffed chairs and two skylights above. Twin 3,000hp Caterpillar engines give her a maximum speed of 24 knots and a range of 2,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 18 knots.

Lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Maratani X was asking $6.5 million.
