Olivier Bourniquel at Sunseeker Cannes announces a €75,000 price cut on his listing for sale, the 22.35 metre motor yacht Marpat.

Built in GRP by French yard Guy Couach, Marpat was delivered in 2005 as one of the yard's Couach 2200 models and has had just one owner since new. The interior is clean and light with four cabins for eight guests plus a two-berth crew cabin. The large master suite has separate private access and is full beam. Forward is a sizeable VIP suite sharing her en suite bathroom with the port guest cabin. The fourth guest cabin to starboard benefits from her own en suite facility. The crew cabin is located in the bow forward of the VIP suite and is accessible from the foredeck.

The saloon is expansive and can be opened or closed to the galley which is located behind the helm station and opposite a U-shaped dining table. The flybridge is very well equipped for al fresco entertaining and dining with a fridge, sink, electric grill and a Bimini top for shelter from the sun. Twin 1,217hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 24 knots.

Lying near Perpignan, France, Marpat is down from €950,000 to €875,000 with VAT paid
