Harry Bristow-Holmes at Sunseeker tells me his listing for sale, the 28m motor yacht Phantom, is sold with Nikolas Makridis at Sunseeker Hellas in Greece bringing the buyer.

Phantom was built by UK superyacht yard Sunseeker International in 2012 to RINA class for an experienced Sunseeker owner and was delivered in 2012. She has an extensive list of optional extras and a stunning interior. The first production motor yacht to feature a balcony and patio doors, the saloon in black American walnut really opens up to the outside world.

Eight guests are accommodated in four staterooms laid out as a master suite, VIP stateroom and a double and twin cabin. All staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities. Twin 1,950hp engines give her a cruising speed of 21 knots and top speed of 27 knots.

To be renamed Aqua Libra, Phantom was asking £3.85 million.
