John Todd at Burger Yacht Sales contacts me to say that the 25.91m motor yacht Bella Una II sold yesterday, June 10th. John was both the listing and selling broker in the transaction. He comments, "Thanks to the current market revival I'm happy to reveal the seller was a two-boat owner for less than 90 days, having purchased the 39m Burger tri-deck Sis W in late March 2010." Bella Una II will be renamed Lady Sarah with a home port in North Carolina. Her asking price was $4.5 million.
This superyacht is a great example of Burger's craftmanship, and was designed in collaboration with Don O'Keefe and Douglas Richey. Her interior is "classic contemporary" with traditional accents and superb Makoré woodwork. She accommodates 6 guests in 3 staterooms, an independent full-beam master suite and two double staterooms.
