And now for the fourth sale this month as a call to Kevin Merrigan at Northrop and Johnson brings confirmation that his joint central listing with Yachting Partners International, the 40.24m motor yacht Monte Carlo, is now sold by Wes Sanford with the buyer introduced by Grace Zeilmann of Grace Zeilmann Yachts.

Monte Carlo was delivered by Amels in 1998 and accommodates up to 10 guests in a master, VIP, double and twin and also has a sofa bed in the skylounge. She had a complete interior refit by Claudette Bonville in 2006 with updated mechanical systems. This superyacht had her five-year commercial class survey in 2008, is MCA compliant and was asking $5.9 million. Her sale also marks the second YPI central agency Amels yacht sold in a week, following the news of the sale of a new-build Amels 177.
