A call to Mike McCarthy at HMY Yacht Sales brings news of February's first sale as he acted for the buyer in the sale of the 30.8m motor yacht Sassy yesterday, with Michael DiCondia at Hargrave Custom Yachts representing the seller.

Built in 2009 by Kha Shing, Sassy is a Hargrave raised pilothouse superyacht which received a rave review in the February 2010 issue of ShowBoats International. She accommodates 10 guests in a spacious on deck master suite, another full beam master suite below and two additional guest staterooms. She features over $250,000 of high end audio visual equipment plus an advanced electronic and navigational package.

Sassy was asking $7.2 million and will now be renamed Sherri Lynn.
